Returns Process
Returns Authorisation Number
Before an item is returned to us we request that you contact us to obtain a returns authorisation number. You can do this in several ways:
Via email to orders@abella.co.uk please state the reason for return in your email.
Or in writing to the address below, again please state the reason for return.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed via our Payment Service Providers Protx or PayPal. Payment will only be made to the original card used to make the purchase.
The cost of the postage charge is non refundable.
Guarantee
Our 30 day money back guarantee applies only to goods that are unworn and returned to us in their original condition.
Unfortunately the 30 day money back guarantee does not cover pierced earrings. Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot accept the return of any pierced earrings unless they are genuinely faulty.

We recommend that you obtain a receipt for proof of postage or you send your item using the Royal Mail's Recorded Deliver service.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for packages either lost or damaged when in transit to us.
The cost of returning your item is non-refundable.
